DEĞİŞİM

Marka prensibi olarak değişim süreçlerimizde müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tuttuğumuz hızlı ve kolay bir prosedür uygulamaktayız. Ürününüzü teslim aldığınız tarhinden itibaren, 14 gün içerisinde sebep bildirmeksizin değiştirebilirsiniz. Değişim yapılabilmesi için ürünün kullanılmamış olması; detarjan / deodorant / parfüm / makyaj lekesi problemlerinin olmaması gerekmektedir. Talebiniz doğrultusunda model veya beden değişimi yapabilirsiniz. Ürünü herhangi bir sebeple değiştirmek istediğinizde, sistem üzerinden değişim talebi oluşturmanız yeterlidir. Ardından ürününüzü faturası ile birlikte bize gönderebilirsiniz. Değişim yapmak istediğiniz ürün ile ilgili bilgiyi WhatsApp sms hattımız (0850 255 4300) veya E-posta adresimiz ([email protected]) üzerinden alabilirsiniz. Değişim sürecinde dilerseniz MUUN Showroom'a gelip istediğiniz ürünü deneyerek de değişimi sağlayabilirsiniz. Değişim süreçlerinde ürününüzü Sürat kargo ile kargo bedelli olarak bize geri gönderebilirsiniz.

Sürat kargo kodunuzu Whatsapp sms hattımız veya e-posta adresimiz üzerinden alabilirsiniz. Eğer sitemizde şu an değişim yapmak istediğiniz bir ürün bulunmuyor ise sipariş tutarınız MUUN hesabınıza kargo bedeli kesilerek para puan olarak aktarılır ve bunu ileriye yönelik olarak dilediğiniz zaman kullanabilirsiniz. Para puanlarınız her zaman kampanyalar ile birleştirilebilir ve zaman zaman para puanlarınıza özel ekstra indirimler tanımlanabilir. Para puanlarınız MUUN Showroom üzerinden yapacağınız tüm alışverişlerinizde de geçerlidir. 

İADE

Sürdürülebilirlik politikalarımız çerçevesinde israfı önlemek ve yavaş modayı desteklemek adına ağırlıklı olarak sipariş üzerine üretim yapmaktayız. Bu nedenle, ürünlerimizde ürün açıklama kısmında belirttiğimiz üzere iade kabul etmemekteyiz. Fakat müşterilerimizi memnun etmek adına, ürünün modelini beğenmemeniz ya da bedeninin olmaması halinde, seçeceğiniz başka bir beden veya ürün ile değişim yapmaktayız. Değişim süreçlerinde Sürat kargoyu tercih ederseniz; kargo ücreti MUUN tarafından karşılanmaktadır. Konuyla ilgili değişim adımlarını takip edebilirsiniz. Eğer ürününüzde her hangi bir hata/kusur olduğunu düşünüyorsanız teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 2 gün içerisinde bize yazılı olarak bildirmeniz gerekiyor. Ürün detay sekmesinde sipariş üzerine özel olarak üretildiği belirtilmemiş ürünler de ise iade yapabilirsiniz. İade ve değişim süreçlerinde kargo sorumluluğu ve 60tl kargo ücreti müşterilerimize aittir. 

RETURNS
For pre-order items, returns are not accepted but you can make exchanges as the garments are made upon your order. However, if the item is eligible for returns unless stated otherwise on the product page and you are not content with your purchase, you can return the item in 7 days. The return process starts when you email [email protected] or contact our WhatsApp Support Line 0090 0850 255 4300 with your order number and the issue. We will inform you about the return address and the instructions and receive your return request.

The return package should be sent to us at your own expense. Please note that the products must be returned in new and unworn condition, the original packaging with hanging tags if available. MUUN reserves the right to decline any return without the required conditions stated above.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return and exchange handling for eligible products and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS
Once we have received the item, you will receive an email stating the status of your refund after we have inspected the item. If it is eligible for a refund, we will transfer the amount back to the credit card used for purchase within up to 7 working days. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer.

EXCHANGES
We are following an easy way for customer satisfaction when it comes to exchanges. Pre-order items are not eligible for returns and only exchangeable. Once you have received the item and it wasn’t the right choice for you, you should email or contact us on our support line via message. We can either send a new product or size of your choice to you, or create reward points for the amount that you can use indefinitely. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and exchange handling for eligible products and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
